1. Who we are

2. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of pricing errors, stock problems or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or other payment providers shown at checkout; we do not store card data.

4. Products

We try to display colours and sizes accurately, but screens vary slightly. Size guides are indicative; measurements may differ by a few centimetres.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes
